Seeking God's Face

Psalm 105:4
Seek the LORD and His strength;
Seek His face evermore!

People of God you need to seek the Lord! I have a dog that literally follows me around like crazy. Sometimes I tell Him, “No! Stay!” Because I am just going a few steps. We need to seek to be in God's face just as much. That word seek is to desire and face means His presence [Desire the Lord and His strength; Desire His presence evermore!]. This my friend is true worship. When we seek a person’s face, we get to see their character, emotions, and intent. The Lord wants to be your constant friend/ally. He just does not want us to seek His hand but His presence!

Do you desire His presence more than anything He can give you? In presence there is NO LACK. In His presence there is PEACE. In His presence there is FULLNESS OF JOY. When we continually seek His face (presence) WE DON’T MISS OUT on what our Father is doing. You DO NOT want to miss out on what He is doing during these times we are living in. The Lord is saying missing out on what He is doing in these times may mean life or death. Stay close and seek Him out!
